Returns Policy

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created the returns policy below to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

(2) Returns

In concordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of the receipt of the item, for a full refund.  All such items must be in their original condition and packaging and the buyer is liable for the return postage.

(3) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must either:

1. Give notification to MM Sporting Ltd of your intent to return the item, via email, phone or by filling in the returns form here within 14 days of the order, quoting your invoice number and your name in this communication.  Following this notification, you have a further 14 days to ensure the item is returned.  You need to fill in the MM Sporting Ltd Returns Form Here and ensure you print it out and it accompanies your returned item(s) when you post it/them.
2. Alternatively, you can return the item, within 14 days of receipt, with the completed MM Sporting Returns form, without providing the prior notification.

Please ensure that you return the goods in its original packing with our return address clearly printed on the outside of the packaging.

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (including the original delivery charges if the product was sent in error).

In the event that you desire an exchange, please indicate this where appropriate, on the returns form.  In addition to the return postage, and the postage of the replacement item(s), you will required to pay for any increase in cost for the order due the change in item.  Any decrease in order cost will be accounted for also.
