This warranty is limited to the original person that purchased the scope and is non-transferable. The original proof of purchase is required in the event of a warranty claim. No guarantee can be given if proof of purchase cannot be produced. Upon us receiving the scope it will be tested and should the fault be found it may have to be sent to the manufacturer to be repaired. If it is unable to be fixed and we are unable to replace we will provide store credit of the original full amount minus any shipping.
